To meet increasing demand, we are now looking for a Flight Support Specialist to join our Operations Engineering team in Malmö, Sweden.

Operations & Engineering
– Provide customer support for our Mass & Balance and Performance software
– Assist with customised aircraft weight and balance calculations
– Handle technical queries related to our takeoff/landing performance software
– Manage the distribution of software updates to clients
– Collaborate with engineers, testers, and developers to improve our solutions
– Experience in aviation operations, flight planning, or a related field
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
– IT proficiency and experience with CRM and MS/LibreOffice
– Pilot or aviation engineering background is meritorious
– Programming knowledge is not required but considered an advantage
The Flight Support Specialist will be part of our Operations Engineering team, working alongside Mass & Balance engineers, Performance engineers, Testers, and Software Developers. You will play a key role in supporting customers worldwide, handling technical inquiries, and ensuring the efficient distribution of our software solutions.
This role requires attention to detail, a structured way of working, and strong communication skills to collaborate with both customers and internal teams.
We believe you are a technically minded, detail-oriented individual with a passion for aviation. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling customer support requests, and assisting with product implementation.
An interest in technology and digital solutions is beneficial, and any experience in aviation operations, flight dispatch, or airline technical support is a plus. You value structured, efficient workflows and enjoy working as part of a team.
